Mold and Asbestos Remediation

As mold is one of the most common allergens, it is important to dry out any Water Damage as quickly as possible to prevent any mold growth. If mold has grown it needs to be remediated immediately to avoid any potential health effects. 

Phoenix Restorations' Environmental Technicians have been trained to detect mold and take appropriate samples for testing so the damage can be remediated.

Asbestos is a natural mineral which is strong enough to resist high temperatures and wear. Although many buildings may still contain asbestos, it is important to know asbestos is only dangerous if disturbed. 

Our Environmental Technicians receive training that meets or exceeds WorkSafeBC requirements and OHS regulations.  All projects are under the guidance of a Certified Hygienist in compliance with WorkSafeBC and all testing is performed by a third party laboratory.

Our Environmental Division also provides remediation services for lead, silica, medical or bio-hazardous waste and other hazardous materials.
