I would like like to echo the reviews of great service from Phoenix Restorations under the care of Michael Faria and Dan Sheaves. After a water tank burst in the apartment above, Phoenix were called and were quick to remediate the problem and install dryers into my apartment. They have since completed the repairs to the ceiling, floor and internal wall in just under 9 weeks. The team were quick to respond to my questions and have provided help an guidance every step of the way. Highly recommend.

I just wanted you to know that from Day 1, every one of your employees has been wonderful! They would call us ahead of time to let us know when they would come over, and they would arrive at that time. They would speak in a respectful, supportive and knowledgeable manner. They would conduct themselves quietly and professionally, and their interactions with each other indicated that they all got along; there is cohesiveness and a sense of "team."  They were clean and cleaned up after themselves. Because Phoenix Restorations let us know what was happening and why, and you let us know what would happen and when, we had a sense of control. And by giving us that information, having some control gave us hope that you would make things and do things right.  Both my husband and I feel confident that Phoenix Restorations is trustworthy, reliable and excellent at their jobs.

We had a leak in our ceiling caused by a roof damage and Phoenix was contracted by our Strata to attend to emergency repairs and restoration. We had multiple visits and several professionals attend to the matter over the course of two weeks and everyone was always extremely helpful, punctual, and professional. What a horrible experience to go through having water leaking from my ceiling ( I wasn’t the only suite that had water) but Phoenix did very good job and kept everyone in the know and calm.

This company hires professionals and it shows by quality work and communication. Never hope to have a leak in my place but if it ever happened I would want these guys to come to my rescue .

Had a leak in my townhome from heavy rain that flooded my whole bottom floor. Everything was wet from carpet to baseboards, bathroom floor, furniture- total mess :'(

Phoenix came and sucked out all the water, got rid of wet carpet and everything that water touched as it was from outside. They moved all my stuff from downstairs while the all their machines were drying the place . All people that came were very professional and friendly. Machines were noisy but I was upstairs so it didn’t really bother me and I didn’t have to move as I was just upstairs so that was nice. I’m glad our strata uses Phoenix, nice company

Phoenix Restorations is my Strata's insurance agent's contractor.  They were called in to replace my damaged wood floors and repair paint damages after a chimney cleaning disaster.  Jason was the lead on our job.  He did a fantastic job of coordinating with all other contractors.  The floors look amazing.  I had zero stress as he took care of everything while I went to Hawaii.  I called him back to say some hardware was missing to hang my coat closet door and he had it fixed immediately.  There was a lot of snow and ice and our subfloors required unanticipated extensive repairs (104 year old heritage home).  I would highly recommend Phoenix Restoration for your job.
